Graphics & Artwork

The most common files to submit are JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, and PLT. Please dont ask to send Zip or Rar compressed files, as we can not accept them.

Since the laser will only work with vector style graphics, we have to trace, draw, or edit every design we engrave, even text.

The more pixels an image has, and the higher definition the image is. This makes the process easier for us to replicate and make laser ready. With this said, we can work with most graphic sizes and types within reason.

Graphic Color
Think in Black and white! Eventually, all graphics will be converted to black and white (no gray scale) so avoid blurry images or images with a lot of shading or poor contrasting colors and features.

Laser Color
our laser does not engrave in color, even though we can shade metals to silvers, gold and even black depending on the metal. Think Black and White

Size
Be realistic, a wedding portrait engraved on an area the size of a stamp will not render well.
Rule of thumb is, find that graphic on google, shrink it down on your screen to the size it will be, if it is hard to recognize there, it will be hard to recognize on the finished product.

Turn Around Time
For single or simple graphics, as long as your order was sent along with a return label and you have either sent or discussed your graphic with us, we will return your order completed within 2 business days of your order’s receipt, with exceptions being made during the Christmas holidays.

For complete slide cover ups, turn around time is 6 business days.

Payments
We accept cash, good checks, money orders, and all major credit cards. Custom work will not be started until payments clear.
